Most orders are shipped the same day the order is processed. If for any reason the item is not in stock or on a backorder basis. The customer will be notified immediatly, for a change of product, or a refund on the purchase price. At this time we do not allow backorders. Most items from x-treme-toyz are dropped shipped directly from the manufacturers warehouse to give the customer a better price and faster shipping times. Most items are shipped via Fed-ex, or UPS and a tracking number is available upon request after the order has been processed.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee;
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return or exchange the item within 15 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling cost . You may return most unused items purchased at X-Treme-Toyz within 15 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. In other cases, depending on the policy of a particular manufacturer, return is subject to a restocking fee of 15- 25%. Usually, if our vendor charges it, we will have to pass it through. If our vendor waives it, we will follow and waive a restocking fee as well.
If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 20 percent. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You can obtain a RA# by e-mailing us at sales@x-treme-toyz.com.
